These terms govern Problyx's “World Cup 2026” promotion, tied to the 2026 international football tournament. By taking part, you accept these terms in full. Problyx is not affiliated with or sponsored by FIFA or any tournament body.
1. Organizer
This promotion is organized by Problyx (the “Organizer”). Any questions about the promotion can be sent to info@problyx.com.
2. Promotion period
The promotion runs from June 11, 2026 (opening match) to July 19, 2026 (final), both days included.
3. Free participation
Participation is completely free and requires no purchase or payment. Problyx runs on PP (Problyx Points), an internal virtual currency that cannot be bought or sold and has no monetary value outside the platform. No part of the promotion can be acquired with real money.
4. How to take part
Any registered user who makes at least one prediction in a “World Cup” category market during the promotion period takes part. Predictions are made with PP, at no real cost.
5. Prizes
In-platform prizes (for all participants, with no cash-out value): exclusive World Cup badges, PP and XP boosts, and placements on the per-country leaderboards (Battle of Nations). Physical prizes: two official replica jerseys of the national team chosen by each winner, one for each of the two categories described in section 6.
6. Winner selection
The two jerseys are awarded on merit, based on performance in “World Cup” category markets during the promotion period, across two independent categories: (a) Total correct predictions: the highest number of correct predictions. (b) Accuracy relative to volume: the best ratio of correct predictions to total predictions made. Each match counts as a single prediction, regardless of how many sub-markets were traded. Standings are computed over valid predictions: positions that express no opinion on the outcome do not count, in line with section 5 of the Terms of Service. To qualify for the physical prizes you must have more than 41 correct valid predictions during the period — 20% of the 209 matches that resolved — and each prediction must reach a minimum of 10 PP to count. A maximum of 10% opposing positions across your traded markets — holding YES and NO on the same sub-market at once — is allowed: above that threshold the account is excluded from the award. Results will be announced after the final, from July 20, 2026, together with the calculation methodology. Each winner will be notified by email and will have 14 calendar days to respond; otherwise the prize may pass to the next-ranked person. Staff may take part and appear in the standings, but do not receive the physical prizes: in that case the prize passes to the next-ranked person.
7. Eligibility
Participation is open to people aged 18 or over with a valid Problyx account. The promotion is open to participants from any country. Winners are responsible for verifying that receipt of the prize complies with the applicable rules in their place of residence. Accounts in breach of the Terms of Service are excluded, in particular section 5: use of bots or automated means, opposing or cross trades (wash trading) — including alternating YES/NO buys with no real market risk — and the use of multiple or fake accounts to farm rewards.
8. Data protection
To deliver the physical prize, the winner will be asked for the strictly necessary details (name and shipping address), processed solely to manage delivery, on the basis of their consent and in line with our Privacy Policy. The data will be deleted once delivery is complete.
9. Taxes
Any tax, levy or charge arising from the prize is the responsibility of the winner, in accordance with the rules of their country of residence.
10. Changes
The Organizer may amend these terms or cancel the promotion for justified reasons or force majeure, communicating this through Problyx's official channels.
