This market resolves YES if South Sudan officially reports at least one confirmed human case of Ebola disease before October 1, 2026.

The case must be confirmed by an appropriate national public-health authority, the World Health Organization or another internationally recognised public-health body.

Suspected, probable or unconfirmed cases do not qualify.

The patient does not need to have acquired the infection inside South Sudan. An imported case qualifies if the case is officially reported
