This market will resolve YES if a competition authority with jurisdiction over the announced $12.9303 billion transaction formally opens an extended, second-phase or in-depth merger investigation.  A United States FTC or DOJ second request, a European Commission Phase II investigation, or a formally equivalent procedure in the United Kingdom or another mandatory filing jurisdiction will qualify. The authority need not ultimately block the acquisition.
