This market will resolve YES if either the SPEEA Professional Unit or SPEEA Technical Unit formally begins a strike against Boeing after the current collective bargaining agreements expire and no later than 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on October 9, 2026.

A qualifying strike must be formally called, authorised, recognised or confirmed by the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace, IFPTE Local 2001, and must involve represented Boeing employees withholding their labour
