This market will resolve YES if the official UK Budget package scheduled for October 28, 2026 explicitly cancels or fully defers the two-pence-per-litre increase in the main petrol and diesel fuel-duty rates scheduled for December 1, 2026 under Budget 2025. Both the main petrol rate and the main diesel rate must remain at or below their immediately pre-December rates on December 1 because of that Budget decision. A complete deferral qualifies even if an increase is scheduled for a later date.
