This market will resolve YES if GitHub announces at its October 28–29, 2026 Universe conference that ordinary individual Copilot Free users will receive AI chat without a fixed monthly request, credit or token allowance. Unlimited code completion alone does not qualify. The policy must be available or have a firm effective date within 90 days of the announcement.
