This market will resolve YES if Huawei or a named commercial customer confirms delivery of production Ascend 960DT hardware to at least one external paying customer between January 1 and March 31, 2027, fulfilling the Q1 availability roadmap announced on September 17, 2026. Delivery of a complete system containing these chips qualifies. An order, preorder, internal Huawei installation or engineering sample alone does not.
