Will the Supreme Court keep the green-card route open after asylum is terminated?

Question

This market will resolve YES if the United States Supreme Court issues a merits judgment in Wassily v. Blanche, docket 25-842, holding that termination of previously granted asylum does not by itself make a person categorically ineligible to seek adjustment to lawful permanent resident status under 8 U.S.C. section 1159(b). Eligibility to apply is the decisive question; the Court need not grant either petitioner a green card or require the government to approve every application.
