Will Kimi release the complete K3.1 Pro model weights for its November 4 deadline?

Question

This market will resolve YES if Moonshot AI makes the complete inference weights for Kimi K3.1 Pro publicly downloadable by November 4, 2026 at 23:59:59 Beijing time, fulfilling the dated commitment in its official model announcement.

The qualifying release must contain the actual learned parameters needed to run the full named model independently of Moonshot's hosted inference service. All required weight shards and necessary configuration files must be accessible through an official repositor
