Will Windows 11 reach 80% of Windows PCs in Steam’s February hardware survey?

Question

This market will resolve YES if Valve's Steam Hardware and Software Survey for the complete month of February 2027 reports Windows 11 at a share of at least 80.00 percent among the Windows operating systems included in its Windows-platform table. Exactly 80.00 percent qualifies. This is a survey of participating Steam computers, not an estimate of all computers worldwide, and not Microsoft's licence sales or installed-device count.
