Will Europe’s EAGLE-1 quantum-security satellite establish contact after its first launch?

Question

This market will resolve YES if ESA or SES confirms that EAGLE-1 reached Earth orbit, separated from its launch vehicle and established two-way communications with its mission-control ground segment within 72 hours of its first actual launch. EAGLE-1 is the European quantum-key-distribution satellite, not the later EAGLE-neXt programme or an unrelated spacecraft with a similar name. The controlling launch is its maiden flight, whether the final launcher or launch site differs from earlier plans.
