Will Huawei meet its November 30 international launch date for its new AI cloud service?

Question

This market will resolve YES if Huawei’s latest AI Cluster Service (AICS), announced at HUAWEI CONNECT on September 18, is commercially available in at least one market outside mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau by November 30, 2026 at 23:59 UTC.

Huawei must confirm commercial availability or publish an orderable production offering for customers in the qualifying market. A paid enterprise contract qualifies even without a self-service checkout, provided the service can actually be provisioned
