This market resolves YES if, on or before October 23, 2026, the U.S. Senate passes, formally adopts or advances through a recorded floor vote FY2027 National Defense Authorization Act legislation containing provisions establishing an independent UAP Records Review Board.

The qualifying legislative text must provide for a board or equivalent independent review body with authority to review UAP-related government records for disclosure, postponement or declassification.
