Question

This market will resolve YES if the Bank of Russia announces a reduction in its key interest rate as part of the monetary-policy decision scheduled for September 11, 2026, relative to the key rate in effect immediately before that decision.

Any reduction in the Bank of Russia's official key rate will qualify, regardless of its magnitude. For example, a reduction from 14.00% to 13.75%, 13.50%, 13.00%, or any lower level will resolve this market YES.
