This market resolves YES if Kalshi makes a perpetual futures contract whose underlying reference is the S&P 500 Index available for live trading to eligible customers before October 1, 2026.

The contract must permit actual execution of trades. A product page, regulatory filing, announcement, waitlist, demonstration environment or indication that trading will begin at a later date does not qualify.
