This market will resolve YES if the official final vote count for the ordinary 2027 Barcelona municipal election gives the PSC electoral list strictly more votes than every other individual list. The ordinary election date is expected to be May 23, 2027; this is not a claim that a formal election decree has already been issued. One additional valid vote is sufficient. A tie for first place resolves NO.
