This market resolves YES if marijuana is formally moved from its current federal Controlled Substances Act schedule to a different schedule through a legally effective final federal action before January 1, 2027.

A proposed rule, recommendation, administrative hearing, draft regulation, presidential statement, agency announcement of intent or pending litigation does not qualify unless the federal rescheduling becomes legally effective.
