Will Netanyahu give testimony at his December 7 submarine-inquiry hearing?

Question

This market will resolve YES if Benjamin Netanyahu personally begins giving substantive oral testimony to Israel's State Commission of Inquiry into naval-vessel procurement at the hearing scheduled for December 7, 2026, or at a qualifying rescheduled continuation of that hearing. This is the commission investigating decision-making over submarines and other naval vessels, not Netanyahu's separate criminal corruption trial, an election appearance or a parliamentary debate.
