This market will resolve YES if official representatives of the United States, Ukraine and the Russian Federation participate in the same formally convened diplomatic meeting between October 5 and October 30, 2026 for the purpose of negotiating an end to, ceasefire in, or substantive de-escalation of the Russia-Ukraine war.

All three parties must participate in the same diplomatic session or formally connected negotiating session.

The participants do not need to be Donald Trump, Volodymyr Zele
