Will Patti Smith sing People Have the Power at the October 23 Princess of Asturias Awards ceremony?

Question

This market will resolve YES if Patti Smith sings at least one complete verse or chorus of People Have the Power during the Princess of Asturias Awards ceremony at Teatro Campoamor on 23 October 2026. Her announced speech alone is not sufficient. An a cappella rendition counts, but quoting the song title or asking the audience to sing without singing herself does not.

The performance must actually occur at the identified event, with the named artist physically present and producing live vocals.
