This market resolves YES if Databricks records the largest percentage increase in implied company valuation during August 2026 among all private companies included in the corresponding Nasdaq Private Market comparison universe defined at market creation.

The starting valuation for each company will be the valuation implied by its final eligible Nasdaq Private Market NPM Price observation immediately preceding the August 2026 measurement period. The ending valuation will be the valuation implied
