This market will resolve YES if the Lebanese Armed Forces formally submits another monthly implementation report to the Council of Ministers, or the Lebanese Presidency or Cabinet officially announces that such a report has been received or reviewed, on or before October 10, 2026.

The report must concern implementation of the plan to establish exclusive state control over weapons. Routine military communiqués or unrelated security updates do not qualify.
