This market will resolve YES if the Federal Open Market Committee increases the target range for the federal funds rate by exactly 25 basis points at its scheduled September 15–16, 2026 monetary-policy meeting, relative to the target range in effect immediately before that meeting.

The official FOMC statement published on September 16, 2026 will determine the outcome. A 25-basis-point increase to both the lower and upper bounds of the target range will qualify as YES.
