This market resolves YES if, after this market opens and before October 1, 2026, the U.S. Department of State officially adds at least one country not already subject to the B-1/B-2 Visa Bond Program at market opening to the list of countries whose nationals may be required to post a visa bond under the program.

The additional country must be officially designated by the Department of State as subject to the Visa Bond Program.

An announcement of a future addition qualifies once the Department
