This market resolves YES if, on or before December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time, the competent Ukrainian authorities officially announce, decree, adopt or otherwise establish a specific date or legally operative timetable for the next presidential election of Ukraine.

The election itself does not need to take place during 2026.

A qualifying event occurs once an official Ukrainian authority with legal competence over the presidential election process formally establishes that the election
