This market resolves YES if North Korea deploys a new contingent of military personnel to Russia or Russian-controlled territory for the purpose of directly supporting Russian military operations before October 1, 2026.

The deployment must occur after August 18, 2026 at 18:00 CEST.

Qualifying personnel include North Korean combat troops, military engineers, artillery personnel, drone operators or other uniformed military personnel deployed to materially assist Russian military operations.
