Will Microsoft still be barred from the PERM programme on December 1?

Question

This market will resolve YES if Microsoft remains subject to the United States government's October 2026 suspension from the Permanent Labor Certification programme at 00:00 Eastern Standard Time on 1 December 2026. This is a snapshot of the operative restriction at that instant, not a prediction that a hearing is scheduled on that date. The programme is commonly known as PERM and forms part of employment-based permanent-residence sponsorship.

YES requires an operative company-wide restriction
