Resolves YES if North Korea conducts qualifying missile launches on three or more separate calendar days between August 1 and August 31, 2026, inclusive, using Korea Standard Time.

Qualifying launches include ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and anti-ship missiles.

Surface-to-air missiles, MLRS/rocket artillery, conventional artillery, drones, torpedoes and other systems will not count.

Multiple qualifying missiles launched on the same calendar day count as one test day for this market.
