Will the November 20 UK–EU summit deliver a concluded youth mobility agreement?

Question

This market will resolve YES if the United Kingdom and European Union jointly confirm that negotiations on their reciprocal Youth Experience Scheme have been concluded as an outcome of the Brussels summit scheduled for November 20, 2026. A jointly issued summit statement, or matching official announcements by both sides, must describe an agreed substantive scheme rather than only a commitment to keep negotiating.

The agreement must concern temporary opportunities for young nationals of the Unit
