This market resolves YES if BYD announces during the Paris Motor Show on October 12–18, 2026 that at least one public FLASH Charging station in metropolitan France is operational for ordinary eligible drivers. The announcement must identify an actual location and state that service is available no later than October 18, 23:59 Europe/Paris.

The station must use the FLASH Charging system identified by BYD, not merely a conventional fast charger carrying BYD branding. The contract does not impose
