Will the Bank of Canada raise interest rates at its March 3 decision?

Question

This market will resolve YES if the Bank of Canada announces an increase in its target for the overnight rate in the policy decision scheduled for March 3, 2027. Compare the target announced in that decision with the target officially applicable immediately before that announcement. Any strictly positive increase qualifies, regardless of whether it is 25 basis points, 50 basis points or another increment.

The comparison is not with the 2.25% target observed in September 2026. Decisions made bet
