Will Sam Altman speak in person at the November 3 London DevDay Exchange?

Question

This market will resolve YES if Sam Altman physically attends the London edition of OpenAI DevDay Exchange scheduled for 3 November 2026 and addresses attendees as a speaker during its official programme. A keynote, moderated discussion or live question-and-answer segment qualifies, regardless of whether his participation was advertised beforehand. He must be physically at the London event, not appearing from a remote location.
