This market will resolve YES if the U.S. Department of Defense formally presents to the Secretary of Defense, by November 6, 2026, at least one option arising from its Europe force-posture review that would reduce the total number of U.S. military personnel permanently or rotationally stationed in Europe relative to the force posture in place immediately before implementation of that option.
