This market will resolve YES if the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California issues an order, following or in connection with the proceedings scheduled for September 8, 2026, that dissolves, vacates or materially modifies the existing preliminary injunction restricting OpenAI, Jony Ive and/or their associated hardware venture from using the “io” branding.

A complete dissolution or vacation of the injunction qualifies as YES.
