Will Spain’s official house-price growth reach 13% in the December 4 report?

Question

This market will resolve YES if the Spanish National Statistics Institute (INE) reports an annual increase of at least 13.0% in the national general Housing Price Index for the third quarter of 2026 in the release scheduled for December 4, 2026. Use the published year-on-year percentage for all dwellings bought by households, combining new and existing homes. Exactly 13.0% qualifies. A published 12.9% does not qualify, regardless of an analyst’s alternative rounding.
