Will Lecornu address France’s mayors as prime minister at their November 26 congress closing?

Question

This market will resolve YES if Sébastien Lecornu personally delivers a live, in-person address at the solemn closing session of the 108th Congress of Mayors and Presidents of Intercommunal Bodies of France, while officially serving as France’s prime minister. The AMF programme schedules that closing session for November 26, 2026, at 14:00 Europe/Paris in the Grand Auditorium. The programme confirms the session, not Lecornu’s attendance; this market does not represent him as an announced speaker
