This market will resolve YES if the official closing price published by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for Shein Group Limited’s ordinary shares on September 1, 2026, its currently scheduled first trading day, is strictly greater than the final per-share IPO offer price published in Shein’s allotment results or final offer-price announcement.

The comparison will use prices expressed in Hong Kong dollars on an equivalent per-share basis.
