Will Shakira's free Brazil concert attract more than 2 million attendees?

Question

This market resolves YES if Brazilian authorities or the official event organizers report an attendance of more than 2,000,000 people at Shakira's scheduled free concert in Brazil.

Only the official attendance figure published by the organizers or the City of Rio de Janeiro will count.

Media estimates or unofficial crowd calculations will not count.

If the reported attendance is exactly 2,000,000, this market resolves NO.
