This market will resolve YES if Vladimir Z., the Ukrainian national arrested in Croatia pursuant to a German European Arrest Warrant in connection with the September 2022 Nord Stream pipeline explosions, is physically surrendered by Croatian authorities to German custody no later than September 30, 2026 at 6:00 PM CEST.

A Croatian judicial decision merely approving extradition or surrender will not by itself qualify. The transfer into German custody must actually occur.
