This market resolves YES if the United States Department of Justice files a notice of appeal or cross-appeal seeking review of any material part of the final remedies judgment entered in United States et al. v. Google LLC, the federal ad-technology monopolization case in the Eastern District of Virginia, by the applicable appellate deadline. The filing must be made on behalf of the United States; an appeal by a plaintiff state, Google, publisher, advertiser or amicus does not by itself qualify.
