Will February 2027 become the hottest February in the global ERA5 record?

Question

This market will resolve YES if Copernicus Climate Change Service identifies February 2027 as the single warmest February globally in its ERA5 surface-air-temperature record. The monthly global average must be strictly higher than every earlier February in the same record. A joint first place, an explicit tie at the source's published precision, or any lower ranking resolves NO. This is a comparison between Februaries, not a requirement to exceed the absolute temperature of summer months.
