Will Microsoft announce free-account Copilot file summaries at its October 20 OneDrive event?

Question

This market will resolve YES if Microsoft announces during its October 20, 2026 OneDrive + Copilot digital event that personal OneDrive users without a paid Microsoft subscription will receive Copilot-powered document summaries.

A permanent free tier with usage limits qualifies; a time-limited paid-plan trial does not. Users may need a free Microsoft account, but must not need Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, Premium or a paid business Copilot licence. The feature must summarise a document store
