Will CCTV show Racing–Real Madrid live on November 1 after the Mbappé dispute?

Question

This market will resolve YES if mainland China's CCTV-5 or CCTV-5+ carries at least ten consecutive minutes of live match footage from Racing Santander versus Real Madrid, the LaLiga fixture scheduled for November 1, 2026 at 16:15 Madrid time. This question concerns an observable resumption of television coverage following CCTV's October 28 response to Real Madrid over Kylian Mbappé's comments. It does not predict who wins the football match or whether anyone issues another apology.
