This market will resolve YES if the Financial Action Task Force officially adds Pakistan to its list of Jurisdictions under Increased Monitoring as an outcome of the FATF Plenary and Working Group meetings scheduled for October 26–30, 2026.

“Jurisdictions under Increased Monitoring” is the FATF category commonly called the grey list. Pakistan must be formally named in the authoritative FATF statement or an official corrected version of that statement.
