Will the men’s 100m world title in Beijing be won in under 9.80 seconds?

Question

This market will resolve YES if the official gold-medal winner in the men's 100 metres at the 2027 World Athletics Championships in Beijing records a final-race time strictly below 9.80 seconds. Only the championship final determines this contract. A time of 9.79 or faster qualifies; exactly 9.80 does not. The published championship dates are September 10–19, 2027, following the organiser's change from the earlier September 11 opening date.
