This market resolves YES if the official U.S. unemployment rate (U-3) published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics in the September 2026 Employment Situation Report is 4.3% or lower.

This market resolves NO if the published unemployment rate is above 4.3%.

Resolution will be based solely on the official headline U-3 unemployment rate reported in the initial BLS Employment Situation release.

Any subsequent revisions will not affect the outcome.
